In order to allocate for the rise of the

new lower prices are quoted as follows :
The Villa
€ 1400/week.
Upper floor independent unit within the Villa.
€ 1000/week (living room and 2 double bedrooms
with kitchen , 2 balconies with view to the lake , garden and private beach 60m
down where the lakeshore is) or €150 daily rent.
Lower Floor independent unit within the villa.
€ 550/week for (1 living room with view to garden
and lake, 1 single bedroom- can be made double,1
single bedroom , garden with beautiful view to the
lake and private beach 60m down where the lakeshore
is) or €82 daily rent.
Independent 2 bedroom flat
at Ranco.
€500/week or 80€ daily or €8000/yearly rent with
one double bedroom one single bedroom , private
garage and amazing views.
Summer Prices :
On July and August is foreseen a 15% increase in
the prices indicated above.
Security Deposit :
300 € for Villa , 150€ for each unit
Final Cleaning - 100 € for villa (50€ per
appartment)
